Pisco is made from grapes. It is therefore a wine brandy produced in Peru and Chile
and is obtained by distillation of grapes such as Brandy and Cognac. The grapes
coming from South America often come from very hot regions, with a higher sugar content.
In Chile are used grape varieties such as Muscat of Alexandria, Pedro Ximénes,
Muscat rosé with small grains, Torrontés de la Rioja and Torrontes San Juanino
For the Peruvian pisco are used Albillo, Italia, Torrontés, Carignan, Lista Negro, Quebranta and Uvina
